Little Caesars Pizza - Katy

They said I could take the pizzas by 8:00 pm but they made me wait 30 minutes more because they weren’t ready. When I got them one of them was cold and the other one wasn’t the pizza I asked for. Terrible

This Little Caesar’s is appalling. The service is terrible everyone who works here doesn’t care about anything or anyone. The last two times we have given it a chance the pizza has literally been raw. Even the “bread” if that’s what you want to call it either crumbles to powder or is raw to the point it’s stretchy. I will never ever eat at this location again, actually I’m to the point I’m done with Little Caesar’s period. Obviously they don’t care about my business so the sole purpose of this review is to prevent others from going here. YOU WILL GET SICK. This location needs to close and give up already.

This place should do everyone a favor and just close... the food is gross. It 's either old and hard, or undercooked. I keep trying to give them a chance hoping things get better but I 'm just wasting money. Go home and eat cardboard, it 'll be an upgrade. (I don 't ever leave reviews)

It’s always a hit or miss with Little Caesars. You never get enough sauce, the pizza, taste like cardboard and sometimes it taste so old like it’s been frozen and not handmade. I’ve literally cut my mouth just by eating the cheese bread. But I’m not complaining because that is what’s expected From a $5 pizza. It’s a reasonable price with an OK taste but nothing exceptional and just pretty much mediocre. I mainly eat it for whenever I am craving Little Caesars and for the nostalgia. There are plenty of other pizza places out there to eat from that are better than Little Caesars.Parking: Lots of parking and none is assigned to one single restaurantKid-friendliness: Two small lobby, not kid friendly

I really don’t understand the negative reviews , I love the pizza here! The staff is always so nice and so is the manager. Pizza always comes out hot and my kids love it . We’ve been here several times and have never had any issues. Will always use this location! ?
