Slim Chickens - Katrineholm

Friendly staff. Loved the garlic toast and side salad. The plain, batterless wings were good, too.

Let me start off by saying that I'm not really a fried chicken eater. I popped off at this exit to get some grilled fish from Captain D's. They were out of pretty much everything since it was closing time, so I headed across the street and landed here. Long story short I ended up with fried chicken and french fries. Fried chicken is dry, two crunchy, and there's usually much more breading than actual chicken.None of those applied here.These are probably the juiciest fried chicken strips I've ever had. And the breading was crispy and relatively light, and there wasn't that much of it. The Texas toast was close to perfect, the fries were... Meh. Overall though, I was very impressed with this place and for a Zaxby's clone, they do a better job of it than Zaxby's actually does.

Food is very good, service with a smile (hatd to find!

Destiny was our person who answered the intercom and served us. She had such a pleasant voice and she had kind, helpful attitude. She was also professional and efficient.
