I had a wonderful dinner at this restaurant. The food was delicious and provided a great dining experience. The atmosphere was nice with good portion sizes and reasonable prices. While it may not be the most intimate setting, it had a cozy vibe that I really enjoyed.
My sister, whom I tried for a Snister dinner, as we do not love the Indian food, we chose anki’s on waratah st in katoomba. we've been both, but we've never been there. we chose from the vegetarian options were not disappointed! pakeer pakoras samosa chat was divine as entrees. she chose aloo kofta curry when her main loved it. I went with my favorite of aloo gobi it was one of the best I had. add them to poppadums naan it was an amazing banquet with rest to lunch. great atmosphere. beautiful staff. super busy so early to go or book.
We went to the evening after anki. I would not recommend this restaurant unless they have no other choice. one of the employees who looks like the owner) is just as arrogant, she treated us as if she gives us a free tasty bite) we ordered chicken ktikka and chickenervindaloo. both did not taste as authentic as we eat in other Indian restaurants. it was so watery and tasteless. the part is too small compared to any other restaurant for $16.90 definitiw not worth trying. don't waste your time money.
We made in katoomba rucksack and were very hungry at 21 o'clock. most places near this time. we had discovered this place, but when we came in, they said that you were more closed, but fortunately open. we ordered dal makhani, matar wind wiper and shahi subzi with naans and rice. it was good when we were in blue mountains. but the naane were not done right. shahi subzi had many mushrooms I don't like mushrooms).
