Orangerie Kassel

From the visit of the orangery kassel I can only guess. the tables were sticky, the personal unharmed. instead of the one who would like to comply with the table, we as guests were also laughed out when we were tackling with a tilted soaked. instead of apologising was only debated. especially the waiter g. and n. are particularly aggressive. a very unsightly experience.

After a wonderful day on the documenta we made a walk in the park and ended with a drink at sunset on the terrace in the stunning scenery of the orangerie. After waiting for a waiter for a long, long, waited for us to receive our order, I went and asked for someone who took our table. Finally a young man came to get the order for two beer and eat. I asked that the beer come first (I thought I would say the obvious) and he said that he could not promise. after about 15 minutes our food came, but still no beer. we waited a full half hour until two glasses of beer reached our table. as the same young man brought them to us, I laughed and also a bit amusing about how such a beautiful place could be so horrificly slow. he made fun of my laugh and cried and made an rude note. the food was cold at this time and tasted boring. we made the best of the experience and drank the beer in the dark evening and stochered at the food. When I left, I asked about the manager and the same unfriendly waiter claimed he was the manager himself. I explained that we were very disappointed by the slow and rude service and that eating was cold and tasteless when our beer finally arrived. he was still rude, repulsive and not helpful. Finally, after a long and unpleasant conversation, he agreed not to put me a dish in bill. he was, however, so reluctant, accusing and declining that I left this beautiful place to never waste my time and my money there again. the other employees ran on a rather inefficient way around and seemed not surprised by the fiasko as if it were a normal event. it is really a pity that the bad personal equipment will spoil such a beautiful place.

The kitchen is excellent if you can order. unfortunately the service leaves to wish. there's something to change. because with such a beautiful ambiente, everyone wants to dwell. just now to the documentary when you have guests.

We were there at documenta on a morning! Actually we wanted to have breakfast, but there is not! so just order three appetizers! what was a mistake, for a lot of money we got sweet food! at the price expect a better meal! I like to pay a little more, but I am annoyed when it would taste better at ikea!

We were here to the documentary. beautiful is the cashier aue with the orangerie. wonderful place the natural rest in the city. ok. during the documentary not so quiet but still beautiful. You can sit outside and eat looks good.
