Bidra med feedbackWe do not live too far from the restaurant, so we eat here regularly, since it was recently opened and still have to be disappointed. next to the menu there is always a vegan dish in daily special. all the dishes are very tasteful, the tofu is organic, and they do not use cheap ingredients for the salad. the pho suppe with tofu (not listed in the vegan section), is unfortunately not vegan...hopefully soon they will also become a vegan pho, as it is my favourite dish. it can get to do at the weekend, so I would recommend to keep. the personal is also very friendly. Just make sure to say no to the prawn chips that they bring free to everyone table once they sit down.
Currently (juni 2020) there are four vegan dishes: edamame sauce roll with rice, tofu, salat, limette vinaigrette cocos suppe sweet kartoffel pommes glasnudelsalat vegan main dishes: buddha dish: 2 tofu spiesse made from warm rice pho classic: also with tofu possible, but would ask again what the brew is made. in addition, if necessary a vegan dish on the lunch table from 11:30 15:00. the team is very young and flexible, vegan options from others should not be addressed to demand (e.g. mangosalat, then without garnel). Unfortunately there is no vegan dessert yet, but the cook is very open and perhaps the panna cotta is also soon of cocosmilk. the food has tasted very well, was lovingly dressed and like a short holiday in vietnam. we sat on the terrace under old trees, the outside area is very tasteful with wood, benches and exotic plants.
