Vaca Verde - Karlsruhe

After I already felt 345 times past it, I took advantage of the opportunity of a midday evening (approximately 21 o'clock) to turn in.So late I don't like eating big, I could have a look before and after what was totally in line with my hunger. my taste also corresponded to eating the 100 g of bark (name forgotten, there is no longer on the map because this changes weekly) on two carrots were really delicious. I also seemed to like to find his in the middle.Also we were satisfied with the wein card - the wein card is almost a bit too long for me to read with that, I am almost thirsted;-). sounds good for indecision - you can try. We are sitting in the back upper area, I liked it better than in front, because quieter and cuddly. mostly diverse, although quite narrow, one did not have the impression that one would have to take up the conversation next to the table. I'll probably go back.

On 17.06.17 we held our high-time celebration in vaca verde. it was a great evening! the food and the weeping were excellent and the staff did very good work in terms of service. also the communication in advance of the celebration was uncomplicated, courteous and professional.

We have met the vaca verde after research. in super sunny weather we then have received a space outside for just a phone reservation. we had vacate and the Mediterranean dish. both very tasty and good quality. as the main course there was fish for one and pasta pomodore and saltimbocca for us. Everything was very satisfied and the fish was exactly right, glazed juicy. an appetizer 2 x fish and drinks for 70€ incl. drinking money were well designed for a nice evening.

The "vaca verde" lies in the karlsruher weststadt at the rande of the beautiful and popular goodenbergplatz. the restaurant is quite small, but beautiful and lovingly furnished.There is no fixed menu, but a seasonal changing selection to arrange. so you have to be willing to get in on new dishes, who already has a firm idea of what he wants to eat, for which this restaurant is perhaps less suitable. I would also not necessarily visit it with smaller children, but all others can look forward to great, fresh and tasty dishes, attentive staff and a varied selection of drinks.

As I live close by I fequently visit thos restaurant. They have as well a nice terrace for summer. Good mediterranen inpired food. Be sure to reserve as it is often difficult to find a place without reservation
