Skandidorf - Karlsruhe

We visited the Skandidorf stand at the fair in Karlsruhe as a couple. It is a large snack with many seating options. The food offered corresponds to the selection of the usual German levelless snacks Tristesse : Bratwurst, Pommes, Frikadellen, Hähnchen etc. I ordered a butcher sausage with Pommes frites. This was still covered with roast sauce. When the sausage was cut at the table, I noticed that it had been brooding on the grill for a long time, the outer skin was of leathery consistency and had already worked into the interior of the poor sausage by the over-long roasting: the sausage consisted mainly of dry burned sausage skin. After removing the sauce camouflage I saw that the butcher sausage was burned in many places flat black: not only almost inedible, but also hazardous to health. To support such an almost charred, inedible and health-threatening piece of meat for 7 euros is already very naughty and three times. The offer of roast sauce was probably intended to cover the culinary drama with reddish paste so that the customer does not notice it. The Pommes were as a whole a gastronomic performance of the lowest category, which is not to be overlooked by unfrozenness. I brought back the plate with the sausage and demanded acceptable replacement. I said that the sausage has been lying on the grill for too long and now has a leather-like consistency. In addition, it is largely charred. The lady apologised not, but stared briefly wordless on my plate and then hurried a fresh specimen next to the poor sausage. I went to see if such a gastronomic forecourt was shaking from then. I can only say: Take care of your old leathered sausages that are modern on the grill for hours instead of pushing a paying customer for 7 euros in the hope that he won't notice anything and rolls out on the lookout of the profit. This is the most levelless snack restaurant in the bottom drawer. Never again!

We were here as a group in December 2022. I cannot understand all the negative reviews. We had a buffet with salads, deer goulash, cheese etc. and were very happy with it. The ambience was great too! Beautifully warm and Christmas decorated. The toilets were clean outside in the cold. The service personnel worked a little unorientated and never knew who had ordered drinks, but you can work on it. All in all, I would book again for next year.

We did not receive a booking confirmation. But the reservation worked out.In the near future, I received a choir which was cooked.The appetizers were cold, after the relation then served hot.The bread came 30 min later when the sheep's cheese had already been eaten.The goose and the squirrel were just lukewarm and the supplements were unfortunately also. The dishes were not preheated.The food was generally not even sufficient.The price,-performance ratio is zero.The best thing was that I was sick the next day and could eat a limited week since I had so corrupted my stomach.My friends unfortunately did not feel better. Unfortunately, all four guests cannot pass on any questions. Although the Scandidorf was only open for 3 days, the toilet was dirty and nasty. On that day, there were hardly any guests there, which surprised me, that such service will be provided. Very bad.

We were at the Mamma Mia event on 15.01.2020. Our reserved tables were in second row from the stage with great view. The service was very friendly first and the drinks came very flotted. The food,we had squirrels and salad with Gyros was semi good.The squirrel died in the dryer,the semmelknödel were out of the pack. We wanted to make the salad (also from a packet) with vinegar and oil, it came vinegar in the bottle, a step better than vinegar and in the oil bottle were still 10 drops. Towards the end of the event we wanted to pay, but instead of the bill, an unordered wheat cyclist was brought, which we had to pay. All in all, we have paid to two 75 euros. Since we're not only evaluating the restaurant but the whole event, we'll get to a 3rd.

We had something to celebrate and thought of a pleasant ambience.I chose the Elchgulasch, my husband for the Stremellach. Waiting for the food didn't mean anything to us. But that the Elchgulasch was served cold and I have to complain, my husband had to eat his Stremellach alone and I had to eat my food delivered again 10 min. later warm we did not find good that was the conclusion that we could not enjoy the food together.For 2 persons 90€ and a pure fall! Our conclusion! There is better restaurant for this high price.Bedienung war kind...Küche
