Mcdonald's - Karlshus

This McDonald's has a play area for young children. The service is good and the staff at the counter are always friendly. However, about half of the dining area can get noisy with kids playing. On multiple occasions, the chicken nuggets were stale, possibly due to being frozen for long periods of time due to low demand. There have also been instances where the burger buns were stale.

People are so good at commenting on the negative when they are out eating! It’s okay to comment on the positive too! I was there today and I can say that even though it was busy, we received incredibly good service and the food came out very quickly! I don't always eat everything I order at McDonald's but this time I ate everything! It tasted really good, the girl at the cash register was very service-minded and very helpful!! Keep it up!

I would rate this restaurant based on American McDonald's standards.

The coffee at this restaurant is not the best quality. It may be worth checking the coffee machine or replacing the coffee, as it is quite weak and watery.
