Starbucks - Kapolei

This restaurant offers great convenience with its drive-thru service. The customer service is consistently excellent, and the lines move quickly!

I received help in adding funds to my card and I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious frappuccino. The staff were friendly and very accommodating.

We've had consistently disappointing experiences at this location. Our orders are frequently incorrect, and the staff tends to be rude, often ignoring us when we try to point out the issues. I noticed that only the female employee was wearing her mask properly; the two male employees barely had theirs covering their mouths. We've learned our lesson and will be choosing a different restaurant in the future.

I didn't realize she was an employee and was allowed to tag the food. I suppose this happens frequently. Rosie, who was wearing a Starbucks uniform, handed the tagging tool to her, and she immediately got to work. Oh, and she was coughing while tagging the food items, but at least she covered her mouth! (Laughing out loud)
