Pho One Vietnamese Cuisine - Kapolei

Spring roll cooked longlong time ago. no crispy&oily. no fresh salad. I couldn't eat.Food: 2/5

Food is alright, service is teri-bad. Came in during a slow time of day around 1pm. No one was in restaurant except one lady waiting to pick up her food at the counter, not being tend to.I walked in and no one greeted me, I walked over to table and sat myself. No one noticed, I had to call out several times to get someones attention. Lady then still took several minutes to come by to drop off water and a menu and then disappeared behind the kitchen for another 5 mins. I've had enough and walked out. Took a total of over 15 mins to get her attention and menu dropped off. People come in for lunch and have limited time to eat. If you don't want customers then go ahead and shut down your business!

First timer. The food is good, I had the lemon grass chicken plate with rice. WARNING!! DO NOT DRINK THEIR WATER! They serve Tap water and their water is very contaminated! From Red Hill to Kapolei and majority of central Oahu is contaminated with Gasoline from the Navy in Red Hill spill all the water aquafiers is contaminated. I am from Kāne'ohe and we have tap water but nothing compared to this tap water, very dangerous. I REPEAT DO NOT DRINK THEIR WATER. I truly believe this company should invest in the Elkay filtered water machine, it will improve business.

We found this place a few months ago and have been back regularly since then. The papaya salad with tofu is amazing. It’s the best tofu I’ve ever had. We also love the crispy spring rolls and the pho. Super sweet wait staff. It’s become one of our favorites!Food: 5/5

The vietnamese coffee was delicious. Perfect condensed milk to coffee ratio. . . But you'll like yours sweeter or stronger than me. The Pho was good. I had the combination beef, and the gf had the tendon. We liked both. We'll have to try it again and try something different in order to say I love(d) it.Food: 5/5
