Dunkin' - Kapolei

It feels like each time we go, the donuts are becoming smaller and the amount of frosting is decreasing. Are we just imagining this?

This has been the worst Dunkin' experience I've ever had. Expect to wait over an hour in the drive-thru, as they often keep the lobby closed. Their latte machine is frequently out of order, too. To top it all off, they accidentally put sweet tea in my pumpkin cold brew instead of coffee, which was truly disgusting and nearly made me feel ill.

The Dunkin' Donuts in Kapolei is in dire need of new management! They are severely short-staffed, which limits customers to ordering exclusively through the app or mobile. They definitely need to bring on more employees! Additionally, the customer service from management is quite poor, and the manager does not appear to be friendly at all. Overall, it's very disappointing!

Overall, the customer service is outstanding. I go there every day, so the whole staff knows my order, which is fantastic. Sometimes they run out of basic items, like certain cup sizes, but on the whole, it's a wonderful place. This is definitely my favorite spot on the island!

Quick service at this charming little donut shop, with convenient parking available. My go-to choice is the Boston cream donut. I recently visited to try their highly advertised Power Breakfast, which is ranked #1, but by 10:00 AM they had run out of flatbread, so I opted for a croissant instead.
