Dunkin' - Kapolei

Your espresso machine does not work. So no latte or espresso.. only regular coffees with additional taste pumps. And the new Frosted snowflake Donut has no snowflakes now and it came out only last week. Every time we get to Kapolei Dunkin, there's always something or more things they don't have.

Awesome service. Wifi is fast. Kapolei is a nice retreat from the fast-paced (World-renown) Waikiki areas. As an author, I appreciate any opportunity to redirect to my authors site. RobertLeeLester.mobirisesite.com

UPDATE: since the pandemic started, availability of whatever I order through the mobile app does not match what they actually have. When I come to pick up my order, I am only then told at least one of the items from my order is not available. I wish they'd update the menu when they don't have an item so I don't have the option to order it through the app. This has happened to EVERY ORDER I've made at this location since the pandemic started. I wish I could give ZERO STARS. I had to come back and edit my review. I want to love this location. Ample parking, easy to find, great menu, clean facilities. My mobile orders are ready to grab when I get there. However, espresso machine is always down when I go. Which means most of the coffee items are not available.

It seems like every time we come, the donuts are smaller and there is less frost. What, are we rationalization?

Drinking was badly mixed and the breakfast sandwich at BK was much better. On the other hand, when you read from the east coast, it was large 5/5 stars.
