Moamoa Hawaiian Fish House - Kapaa

This restaurant is located in the same hotel where we were (Sheraton Kauai Coconut Beach Resort, so we decided to try it WOW has exceeded our expectations! The taste, presentation of the dish, the service was super fast (our waiter Chad was great! literally everything was incredible! Very recommend to give this place an attempt! I personally think the bad reviews are people who are extremely picky and have a problem with everything/all:

Eating was okay, but I wouldn't order anything again. Temperature control was missing: pretty much everything was like warm. Waiting staff was mixed: generally attentive, but we had to wait to take place (in a mostly empty restaurant), because the staff apparently could not decide in whom section we should sit. Room felt more like an unused conference room than a restaurant. Not terrible, but no restaurant I would choose again.

Great food and nice place. Services was only okay. Once we got our food did not see our server until 10-16 minutes after we were done with our food.

The food was great! Chad our server was fantastic. We will definitely go back to this hidden gem.

We went here on the last night of our honeymoon since we had an early flight and we’re staying at the resort. Food was just ok and the service was good. But there are a ton of other places you can go that will either charge you the same or less for a better overall experience.
