Sushi Haru - Kansas City

They were short-staffed tonight, but our experience was great anyway. They did a fantastic job of taking care of our table. The night wasn’t easy for them, and they still did great.Food: 5/5

I've honestly never had a bad experience here, it's a quiet and calm atmosphere with food that sits easy in the stomach! ALWAYS get the egg rolls!!(you get 3 but I already ate 1 when it came out) ABSOLUTELY PERFECTION!!Food: 5/5

First, the waitress was a peach. She was polite and warm, but they didn't have two different types of Sale that I wanted that were on the menu, then the waitress tried to turn me on to one that she didn't know anything about and the manager had suggested but it wasn't on the menue. I then asked for a a couple of appetizers that I normally find in other Sushi restaurants in Texas but they didn't have them and they didn't know what they were. It wasn't bad for Kansas sushi I guess but maybe my expectations were too high too since I've been tons of places in the US and internationally and eaten sushi.

Wonderful rolls!! Got the lunch special for $13.95 and was able to get 3 nice size rolls to fill me up. The bagel roll was really delicious! It was salmon and cream cheese with a nice crispy deep fried tempura. My wife got the Rincon roll and she loved it also. Our house salads were a nice additional touch to the meal and the ginger dressing was on point. Great music to vibe with, friendly staff and overall knowledgeable about the menu. I would definitely return back for more. ?????
