Food wasn’t as amazing as I remember, and they were very short staffed. But stillLove this chain and I’m sure it’ll be just fine next. They were exceptionally busy for 9PM on a Saturday.

Disorganized staff had a difficult time managing seating, and a 15 minute wait turned into 25 minutes. Our waitress was good, but forgot silverware and napkins. We ended up borrowing from the table next to us after the people eating there left. They forgot the cheese on my sandwich and my wife's burger wasn't even warm. Overall mediocre to poor experience, won't be back.

Honestly. Worst Red Robin I've been to. My food was wrong and our waitress never paid attention to us. It's not okay.

Ruby was a fantastic server. She was pleasant to talk to, she took care of us, and the kitchen made up some great lunch.
