Was once great but now a completely inauthentic experience. Service was poor at best, food ok, atmosphere nonexistent.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant during my first visit with my family. Mallory, our server, was extremely attentive and made us feel welcome. The drinks were fantastic, and the hot wings were absolutely delicious. I did wish the pot roast nachos had been served hotter, but they still tasted great. I really enjoyed the lively atmosphere, especially with the live music. Overall, a great outing!
