Cicis Pizza - Kannapolis

In any case the best cicis I've ever had. the pizza was fresh and the staff was super friendly. all tables and floors glittered clean. 10/10

The food is great. My favorite food is the little cinnamon buns. Pizza is good and you make your own salad. Eat all you want. I love the place. A good family restaurant.

My fiance and I went to eat here and it was terrible. 1. We ordered a pizza special made and 10 wings. It took the girl 3 times to get the order right at the desk. We finally repeated it one word at a time to place the order 2. There was no clean tables in the restaurant. We took wipes and cleaned the table. It was nasty. We looked around and no one was busing or cleaning tables 3. When getting our pizza, we only got 1/2 of a pizza not a whole pizza. We ordered a large and only got 6 very small slices. Not much sauce on the pizza at all. I tried another slice of a different pizza from the buffet. It was awful. Plus it was cold. 4. When getting our wings, we again were very dissatisfied. The wings looked like wings from a dove or quail. It sure wasn't chicken. So tough, you couldn't eat it. It was nowhere worth what we paid for our meal. 5. We were not able to see a manager, so we just left. So from this secret shopper, they get a very very poor rating. Corporate will be contacted about this. If I were you I would not waste my money at Cici's Pizza.

This was the best meal I?ve ever had ? I wish there was a Cici?s closer to me, we drove 3 1/2 hours for this and I have no regrets! I am Cici?s number one fan forever
