Worse service ever it was 8:34 and they told me they were close ! it’s unacceptable as a custumer if youre open till 9 then make it nine ! was very frustrated ! and im still thanks for loosing my time i wont be back for sure thats happen yesterday 8:34 pm
Ordered online. When the order showed up it was missing 4 drinks and when I called (numerous times) there was no answer. When you pay an extra $20 for delivery and tips you expect the order to be correct. Not to mention that they didn’t have mustard and sent the wrong cookies. Answer your phone.
Typical Subway in my book, good service and quick, but this location didn't seem to have fresh veggies, looked like they just prepped fresh stuff and threw it in with the old instead of replacing the bin with a clean one. There was mold in the green pepper bin that was in a spot the attendants wouldn't see, unless they removed the bin for cleaning. The tomatoes were green and tastless. Lettuce wilted not crisp at all.
My son really enjoys eating at Subway, as it's one of the few healthy options he likes. I don't mind splurging on his sandwich, especially since this location in Valleyview makes excellent sandwiches. The other night, after a swim, my son worked up an appetite and we arrived at 9:44 pm; the open sign was still on even though they closed at 10 pm. I hate being the customer who comes in right before closing, but I figured since it was just a child's sandwich, they could still accommodate us. Unfortunately, they turned us away, even though there was still a 15-minute window before closing. I was disappointed, as we are regular customers and have always supported this local business. The rude attitude of the female employee that night, who abruptly told us they were closed without any apology, left a bad impression on me. I have decided to take my business elsewhere, as this experience has made me hesitant to return.
