Starbucks - Kamloops

I ordered my drink and breakfast through the app. I wasn’t having the best morning, I picked up my drink and was heading to work when I saw the lovely employees wrote “You are appreciated” with hearts and a smiley face. They made my day with just that simple note!!

Generally this location is fantastic with service and correct orders. Yesterday they served frozen egg white bites. Unfortunately, I had to throw both out.

I've always had good service here. The staff is friendly and my order is always correct. The inside is clean, and the drive-thru is usually fast. They also have a great selection of merchandise. Great Starbucks location!

I always customize my iced coffee through the app and almost everyone gets it right. Today I had the worst version of this drink, the caramel drizzle felt like a thick layer of caramel and tasted extremely sweet. Also, they missed my cold foam.

Lot's of seating. Nice and clean. Has a thoughtful layout. Staff are very friendly.
