Sake House By Hikari

I visited for drinks and food and was pleasantly surprised by their sashimi platter! The presentation was amazing, and the sashimi was incredibly fresh. I was genuinely taken aback! It practically melted in my mouth! I absolutely loved it!

Junmai has an amazing atmosphere! All the staff are friendly and always working with a smile, which I truly appreciate. I love their service. The food, soju, and sake, along with everything from Hikari, are all fantastic!

This restaurant is no longer in operation; it has been closed for at least a month. I pass by almost every day, and the chairs are always stacked, the doors are locked, and the lights are off, regardless of the time of night. It's a pity because I was eager to give it a try.

This place is fantastic for happy hour! Three of us spent around $100, including tip, for a bottle of quality sake and 4 or 5 dishes. However, outside of happy hour, the prices can feel a bit high for the portion sizes. That said, the food was outstanding, and the presentation was beautiful. I highly recommend the pork belly salad!
