Nice location, good price-quality ratio, however : no wifi in the room, we asked several to get it fixed but it never worked. Also, no double glazing we could hear the noise from outside and had to sleep with earplug.

It's an very old hotel,the room was small and the entire hotel had a smell.I would not recommend.

THEY GOT ROACHES!!! when i told them they just said thanks for letting us know. the roach was like three inches and i wish i was exaggerating about it . also the bath kept flooding probably cause the drains full of roaches the size of a finger.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. They wouldn 't let my wife in without her husband present . She had to sit in the car for 5 hours, since I was in a meeting. When I arrived, I asked how I could modify the reservation so it wouldn 't happen in the future and they refused to elaborate and simply said they couldn 't speak to that. After I checked out I recieved a survey and I told the manager I was still unhappy, and he told me to reach out to him directly if I chose to re-book so he could make it better. I travel to LA a lot, so I responded and no one would give me his direct contact information, instead they just gave me the generic hotel email. I sent that email a message and never heard back. The whole situation was suspicious and insincere. They made no real effort, and I was willing to re-book. I chose not to give this review previously, willing to give them a chance to remedy the situation. They obviously did not

It was a good experience, the rooms are very spacious and clean, in a very safe area, close to the metro and transportation routes. The only bad thing is that it doesn't have a safe.
