Food is great. Staff always in a good mood and helpful. Lines always move at a decent pace.

Been to the Northridge branch twice. First time, there were at least 20 people in line and the guys ignored the customers in store to do the online orders. I just left. They staff did not even say a word to me. Was waiting at least 15 minutes without anyone taking my order.Second time, they again made other orders before mine. I dont know maybe these people just hate me, but other orders were filled for customers who either came in after me or online orders.There is very little customer service at this branch. Most Jersey mikes are good, this one in Northridge is terrible.Give yourself at least 30 minutes to order and get the food. Or order online, bc they seem to care about those customers more.

The crew working at the the location consists of idiots with no customer service skills. A group of morons that cannot get the order right, and be accountable for getting it

Really great service and Anthony was by far the fastest slicer I've ever seen. Never seen someone cut through meat like that. 10/10 would let him handle my meat again
