I stopped in last night at like 2:30am. Me and my husband both got a build your own box, and shared a nachos bell grande. The lady on the register taking orders was very friendly and attentive. Everything was perfect. They were out of cinnamon twists but it was fine cuz we used the extra chips for our bell grande, it was so stacked! Same with the chalupa and the gordita crunch Supreme! I was so stuffed! Whoever was working was packing that food real good! Thanks so much! My second time in LA :

Extremely slow drive thru needs more qualifying staff

Where do I start, I've been ordering from this Taco Bell for the last couple years through Postmates, and a couple times going to through the drive-thru to pick my food up , I don't know if they're doing this intentionally because they don't want to pay for the food that they take home, or they just don't care every time I've ordered something from this Taco Bell either the food is thrown together with no care and they barely put any sauce cheese or anything else on the order. I'll buy a gordita crunch and it's barely any sauce and it's literally a small little pinch of cheese in the gordita shell. Multiple times I've ordered something and either my drink was missing or the some of the food was missing out the order. I tried to call the restaurant they don't answer the phone day or night . To the owner hire people that know what they're doing or isn't out to get a free meal to take home or give to their family . At this point I feel like they're purposely not adding items to the order so they can just take it home at the end of the night.from looking at other reviews I see that it's a Taco Bell on 8th Street and I will be ordering from that Taco Bell from now on where I know the order won't be messed up because employees are trying to steal food from paying customers. The more they get over on customers the more they can take home

I can't even get what is on the menu because they even don't know there own menu I tried ordering the toasted breakfast tacos combo and they told me they don't have tacos wow how do you guys not have tacos it is literally in the name so stop lie keep it plz
