Wendy's - Kalamazoo

I usually never write reviews, but the service and eating today when I came to lunch was excellent. all smiled and fast and efficient

The Wendy’s is run by an incompetent manager who clearly has no interest in doing his job. He wouldn’t provide his or his general managers name at 5:25pm July 27 2022. This Wendy’s has just lost out on a $40 order today and many more orders in the future from a very large family. Disrespect and lack of care and training are not acceptable for management and the fact the man is allowed to work in the store at all is a mystery forget about the fact he’s even a manager this store is simply PATHETIC. They charged us $40 and refused to give either the food or money back.

I visited most recently on the night of June 17th, 2022 around 11pm. The staff, having been slammed for what was probably hours, we're doing the best they could and I frankly appreciate their efforts. I wish them the best, and they all deserve raises. Well done crew.

The washroom was clean, I got a new sandwich, the Hot Honey Chicken, based on the salesmanship of Ian! The kid is a champion! Haven't even tried it yet.

I ordered 2 cheeseburgers add mayo.... Simple right? Both of my burgers were COLD. The cheese wasn't even melted. And no mayo ...I also ordered their version of a mocha frappacino... I get to the window and the worker tells me that there was no chocolate, so they added chocolate ice cream...Well the ice cream and coffee and ice and whatever else they put in it to try and make it work made it curdled... Or chunky. It was gross... Not what I ordered and definitely not worth the almost 4 dollars I paid for it.I normally like Wendy's... But this was AWFUL. I honestly should have gotten my money back.
