Mcdonald's - Kalamazoo

Oh, my, I was shocked! Excellent eating! Normally, if I don't be silly, I'll be tortured together, in order sandwich. my big mac and double cheeseburger we are perfect and tasty. the burgers and pommes were hot and my mcflurry was cold. excellent job! I order you again.

Absolutely garbage service, extremely rude employees and it takes years for them to make a single small order. don’t forget that they WILL forget, about half of your order.

There was only 2 people in line. Went to order and there pop machine was down. Then we had to pull into a spot and waited 15 minutes for our order. This used to be one of the better Mcdonald's to go to, unfortunately not anymore.

I was waiting for 10mins before they took our order and the lady behind us was waiting longer and she wanted a refund for her food.

No matter WHICH McDonald's I go to they ALWAYS forget SOMETHING from my orders. Plus, they SUCK advertising the Ice Cream cones and STILL, AFTER 10 YRS PLUS DON'T HAVE THEM due to STUPIDITY APPARENTLY. If my Grands didn't like them I wouldn't DARE pull in the driveway. So disappointing in what USED TO BE my favorite restaurant. I only gave 2 stars because I don't HATE but almost to that point!!
