You can see my scone has disappeared. Great little stop on a bike ride. Looks like I will be back many times to try the other terrific food this place has to offer and perhaps a specialty coffee. Limited seating only two tables outside.
I stopped by to pickup a coffee and could I not believe how dirty the place was with junk piled every where and and a guy bent a table with the crack of his but showing and his pot belly hanging out the bottom of his t shirt the worst part is he the cook. The thought of this slob handling food and the two green garbage bags blocking the rear door turned me right off. How any one could this DUMP four stars must be blind.
Stopped in for a warm drink and a snack on our way out of town.. The latte was delicious , as were the cookies and cinnamon buns :-) All for $9 too!
We were looking for a lunch spot near Kakabeka Falls that would be part of our trip experience / memories and this one hit the spot! Jules does all the baking/cooking on site and her dishes are tasty. We had soup and quesadilla's for lunch along with homemade bread and yummy homemade sourdough apple/oat muffins. Better still, we had some great conversation with Jules and some of the local folks. Jules went the extra mile to make our visit memorable. We definitely recommend this spot.
