The food is always fresh, not exactly Chinese food but still good.

My favorite item on your menu is the famous Orange Chicken. WHAT HAS HAPPENED??? I come to The Big Island frequently from Oregon. I had dinner at Panda in Oregon, and of course had the Orange Chicken. It was DRY!!!!! I asked one of the servers if I could get some sauce or saucier chicken. She said that it comes that way now. I just ordered it from your Kona location, and it?s the same?.DRY!!!! You can?t even taste but a faint orange taste!!! I?m so disappointed. Have you held your wonderful sauce??? Do I have to go to the grocery store and buy a bottle, take it with me to Panda??? Please change it back!!!!! Please!!!!

Overall, decent place to grab a bite at a reasonable rate. It is fast food, so not a fine dining experience. Most of the place was closed off due to covid, which is nothing new in Hawaii. No restrooms, limited seating. As for food, I got the Wok seared steak and shrimp, and almost every piece of steak was chewy/rubbery, which was unpleasant. Otherwise, the bowl with fried rice was good. It was a very loud environment--things were crashing in the kitchen and it echoes loudly inside. But overall, not too bad.

I'm Chinese and was impressed. I always get nervous eating Chinese fast food places outside my hometown. But it tasted better than expected. I was happy they had tofu.
