Brins Wings - Kadesh

Yesterday was like the worst visit. We hit the 20 piece with fries. As long as we waited the wings should have been fresh, but they were not, seems like they had been sitting under the light too long. As we were eating the bones broke. The fries were cold and appeared to have been cooked in old grease. The waitress did not check on us, didn’t ask if we wanted ketchup for our fries, did we need anything. She just ran to another table that was having a birthday party. We know how important it is to TIP so we still tipped and ate the majority of our food because we were hungry. The drinks were good. I’m just going to give them a break for a minute. Get it together.

Old wings they put in the grease to make hot covered in thick sauce, fries wasn't cooked through I'm good won't be back

I called in my order and informed them this was my first time trying them out based on a recommendation and the guy was very nice! I had jerk wings with ranch fries and got my daughter lemon pepper wings and we got the fried okra to share! I must say everything was delicious!

Very comfortable place to eat. Catfish was fried hard, wings nice and crispy. Customer service was outstanding by the server. Parking: Support this black owned business

I occasionally visit Brin's Wings with family or friends during a birthday gathering. Each time that I've visited the food was good and the atmosphere was good, but the service wasn't. The waitresses are not friendly at all. They look at you with their noses turned in the air. They act like the customer has done something to them. The last time I visited I ordered food and my total was $17 and some change. I gave her a $20. She brought my food back, but didn't bring my change. She didn't say anything about my change. I was going to let her have it as a tip anyway, but for her to not even bring it back was not right. I didn't say anything because it was late and I was just over it and I know I probably won't be going back. If you're in the customer service industry you need to be sure to hire people who WANT to serve people.
