Horrible experience and poor quality food . Worse is the owners attitude , demeanor and response. Owner is completely classless . He deserves zero business from this community . I asked for owner as lox looked like the picture below . It was cut extremely thick and brown as you can see . I very kindly told owner that it was cut thick and I do t care for the brown running through all the pieces . His response oh well , it 's the end and they grabbed skin . He walked away and shrugged his shoulders . I did not eat . i paid the check left a 20 percent tip And on my way out I said to the owner , you are the owner and that 's how you handled me . He responded rudely , oh well there 's nothing gto do when you tell me my foods no good . I said , I cannot believe that is how you handled this , I have no choice but to leave a review on yelp . he replied so rudely good I 'll leave you a bad review. He doesn 't deserve anyones business as he is an arrogant individual .

BAD BAD BAD PLACE TO EAT !!! $22 for (2) Bagels with cream cheese (2) Cold coffee that taste like dirt !! Please see recipe (Attached) from this BS place . Rip off place $12 for a 2 egg omelette Coffee is always cold Waited over 35 minutes for bagel and cream cheese . If I could leave zero stars I would . They charge TRIPLE on everything because it's kosher . Never again !!!!! Not recommend at all !!!!!!! Do yourself a favor and don't go there !!!

Love this restaurant! I eat their bagels almost every single day for lunch and order other dishes throughout the week. New owner (now it's been a couple of years already) turned this wreck of a ship that used to be Bagel factory into a modern, high quality, well priced and delicious place! This is my go to place for fresh food and quick service.
