Bidra med feedbackMy husband hired Chef Matou for a personal chef experience for a late Valentine's dinner, and she came to our home to cook for us while teaching us about Haitian cuisine from start to finish! We ended up with enough food for at least 20 meals! The menu included pork, chicken, beer salad, black rice, eggplant, and dessert, and everything was incredible! The chicken was particularly tender and full of flavor! We would absolutely hire her again to try different dishes and share the experience with friends. It was truly a memorable occasion!
The food is always excellent! Just a tip: make sure to call ahead before you go.
The food is good, but the customer service is absolutely terrible. I was told that my order would be ready in 30 minutes, but it ended up taking two hours. I sat outside for the entire wait. It's also quite pricey for just two pieces of griot.
Had the sampler platter, it was very good. The fried pork is proper pork belly, the wings were fresh, and the vinegar cole slaw was a nice side to cut through the fatty flavor of the meats. The plantains were a nice addition to the meal. Owner is a veteran, and very nice. Will be trying the other dishes in the future.
First time eating there and definitely will have to go back the food was great and what I expected!!! also great customer service
