Rudiger's im Hotel Pabst - Juist

We spent our first night in the rudigers today after a long day of travel. the food and the wine were excellent and the service was very friendly, charming and always attentive. we like to come back.

I know juist from voherigen visit, and was this september for the first time in Rudiger ́s eating. eating has exceeded my expectations regarding quality, taste and price performance. the fish dishes and desserts have absolutely convinced me.

Regional products are implemented to the finest. modern staged dining. a true pleasure. a distinguished wine selection. Very cozy and sellige bar. best trained and friendly staff.

The restaurant is located in the souterrain of the hotel pabst and has unanimous ambience.The service was very friendly and dedicated.The food was simply great and has tasted brilliant.We had the menu of the evening from a tomato soup, seeteufelmedallion as well as a variation of fig and a strawberry/chocolatepraline or earthly cheeked with cheekse and the cable.

The restaurant very cozy and the chef and his wife are good team, the foods are excellent and the wine card too, I look forward to being with you again, lg pascal
