Sonic Drive-in - Joplin

Fun, modern version of drive in Restaurant. You park beside a Large electronic display board, which operates like a tablet. This allows you to select your meal and then have it delivered to your car window.

I personally worked at sonic and I am not generally complaining, but I went to this sound at 10/9 at 18:45 and I was very disappointed at the service and the overall food quality. I ordered a 3 pieces chicken tender dinner. I was asked if I wanted sauce, I was specifically wondering if the gravur is still in dinner, and I was told. I'll wait five minutes for my lunch. I was in agreement because I suspect that they make it fresh when I received my food, I found out that this was not the case (all was very warm.) I open the evening and find: a strange selection of chicken bites (more very small nugget type pieces and another one that was missing a whole side of the brotes ring) one haphazard bite was to come with I meet the red button and ask for a side of gravity, they say I have to wait a few minutes because they have to do more. that means, instead of making more for the meal I ordered, they decided not to involve them instead. I'll be honest, I don't usually get almost food, I don't like spending the money on it. but yesterday was a long day and last night I didn't want to go to dinner, so I blew. if I looked back, I would have just rejected eating and asked for a refund, but I had waited so long that I really didn't want to wait anymore. I made myself eat when I got home anyway, because eating out of this was so rough. honestly, a zero-star experience. very disappointing.

Great place to eat or grab a quick drink in the drive-thru. The person ahead ordered more than I did and the brought my drink out to me before the car ahead of me left. Got me out quicker.

Food is good, but will take a bit to prepare. Service is prompt and courteous. Portions especially the Jumbo Popcorn Chicken are shrinking.Parking: Plenty of space.
