Bidra med feedbackWorst experience ever. I have been sitting here for over an hour. Waited forever just to get between burnt ravioli with edges so hard it cut the roof of my mouth, then another lengthy wait for bread and salad. We waited so long at one point the server replaced my soda because it looked watered-down. When the entree finally did arrive, it was undercooked, and by this point, we were just tired if waiting. All I wanted was to have a nice birthday dinner for myself and my boyfriend. We wanted to try something new. Just was not ready to wait an hour and a half for an Entree that Consisted of a steak only. Now I have to find a new place to eat at 7:30 pm that doesn't have a long wait time.
Was met at the door by a beautiful young lady who was not concerned at all that I didn't have a reservation. Set us at a perfect table. We had the stuffed mushrooms that were sooo good. The bread was great, the salad was fresh and tasted so good. Our steaks were so good. Everything was perfect and our server,Austin did a wonderful job. He was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. He made sure we knew that he was there if we needed anything. Absolutely perfect.
Such an (almost) hidden gem! The dress is casual to classy, pretty much anyone welcome kind of feel. The food and drink presentations have such an elegance to them, that it really gives a special, fine dining experiance but with a more casual vibe. I can't speak well enough of the service either. Tesla, our waitress made it so enjoyable for us. She is superbly knowledgeable of their menu and offers real guidance on making a selection that will suit your tastes. She has an amazing table side manner and was such an outstanding waitress. The food was absolutely delicious and drinks were top notch. I'm an out of towner here for work, but if I'm ever in Joplin again, stopping by Finn's will be first on my list!
The food was absolutely delicious. The serving staff was so kind and attentive, and the live music was the perfect sound for the atmosphere. Highly recommend! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
My wife I are fairly new to the area and we were looking for a place for dinner as we celebrated our 31st wedding anniversary. We had heard about Finn's from a family member from the area. The restaurant looked awesome, beautiful inside. The dinner salad was great, however each of the dinners we ordered (meatloaf, salmon snapper) were all severely over cooked. The meatloaf was uneatable it was so overcooked. Service was incredibly slow, especially for a Tuesday night as we had been seated for right at an hour when we first received our salads. The truth is, for the price, the food was very subprime... not what we expected. My recommendation would be to get a new chef before they take you down. One positive, when we told them the meatloaf was terrible, they comped the meal and added a dessert. We would have preferred they cooked the meals appropriately. We weren't looking for a free meal. Until they replace their cook, I would not recommend.
