A Town Wings - Jonesboro

Man the the girls at the window are ALWAYS rude. Rushing your order and just unfriendly. It really sucks bc I enjoy the food, but no matter what time or day or cashier they ALWAYS have an attitude.Food: 5/5

Customer service was good took My order on a 730 Saturday evening. Fries are so hot and crispy could use a little salt but I can season my own… The wings are small however at least I know they are not pumped with antibiotics and steroids lol!! Honey bbq and lemon pepper I wasn’t too crazy about the lemon pepper wet sauce but they still taste good. I like that you can have up to the different flavors!!The store is looking a little rough but I heard those were the best places to go!!

I only gave a 2 because the food is always delicious! It’s the women they have as cashiers in the window that take orders. I’ve been coming here for about 4 years now and they are always rude. Terribly rude. In the middle of taking my order I changed my mind on what I wanted. Clear as day this darn lady says “Oh my Godddddd” in the most loud unprofessional way ever. I almost did t even want to buy but my husband is wonderfully humble. Do better. Customer service sucks

Wings are a size of a quarter and always low vibrational attitude. the last time I went the lady literally dropped my phone and cracked the screen . Thank god I’m good to get it fixed but I would say go cook or find you some bigger wings and brighter attitude who’s grateful to serve you .

May 2023Wings were very small in size and flats were crunchy and hard. For $12 I expected more. The flavor honey bbq was good though. Parts of the chicken tenders were gummy. Won’t be returning!
