Bidra med feedbackHello, I wanted to share my experience from a recent visit. I've been coming to this Subway for a week now, and yesterday around 4:30 PM, I was there with my wife and brother. We were attended to by a staff member named Maryee. Unfortunately, her demeanor was quite rude, and she didn't communicate well with us at all. We ordered two 12-inch subs with all the toppings, but it felt like she was disrespectful towards us, possibly because we're English. I finished my sandwich, but my wife ended up throwing hers away. I just wanted to express my concerns, as we are regular Subway customers, and I'm worried that this might impact our experience in the future. Thank you for your attention.
I was quite disappointed this evening. My partner ordered three 12-inch cold subs for $40, and unfortunately, the meat wasn't warmed and the cheese wasn't melted. We later found out the oven was broken, but my partner didn’t even realize they hadn't taken the effort to at least heat the meat in the microwave. Everything was poorly assembled in the bread, and the young man serving us didn't listen to our requests—there was no sauce at all. Overall, it was one of my worst dining experiences ever. I would rate it 0 stars.
I’m not quite sure what went wrong, but my boyfriend ordered cold cut subs for me, the kids, and himself, and we all ended up feeling sick in the afternoon. This suggests that the meat wasn’t fresh. It’s safe to say I won’t be returning for quite some time!
Great place if you want cookies.
