Dunkin' - Joliet

They skimp on spreads for bagels, and barely toast them. I do not often give one star reviews but this Dunkin deserves it. I've been to this place multiple times, yet they never improved their service.

I usually go here all the time to get my food but whoever they have working there now is super rude and didn't even make my food right. I mean it's just common sense that you put cream cheese over the entire bagel and not just one part of the bagel! Not tomention her nasty attitude!

I was looking to grab some coffee and donuts, but I decided to skip it because they closed the restrooms for customers, and I don't see a reason for that.

I am a regular customer and visited the store this morning around 9:30 AM. When I asked the male employee if I could use the restroom, he told me no. When I inquired further, he went over to a female employee, and they both laughed while looking at me. After I picked up my food, I asked again, and she informed me that the restrooms weren’t open yet and wouldn’t be for the day. I find it perplexing that they found it amusing that a customer couldn't use the restroom, and it raises concerns about why the restrooms were closed in the first place. Good service is hard to come by these days, and I think I’ll find another Dunkin' Donuts to patronize from now on.

I really enjoy Dunkin' Donuts, but for the past week, they haven't had the strawberry dragonfruit refreshers available. Are they waiting for a shipment from overseas?
