Chipotle Mexican Grill - Joliet

I went out tonight with a certificate I had won at an event, but I accidentally went to the wrong Chipotle location. When we realized our mistake at checkout, the cashier called the manager Wesley, who came out and gave us our meal for free along with complimentary drinks. Wesley prioritized our happiness over making a profit, and his excellent customer service has made me a loyal customer. I am impressed by Wesley's leadership and the influence he has on his team. Kudos to Wesley and those who have shaped him into such a standout employee.

There is nothing better than indulging in a bowl of brown rice and black beans topped with a variety of vegetables to start off a meal. The dish is delicious and I appreciate being able to enjoy a Corona alongside it.

This restaurant offers good value for the price with quality food, making it a great option for those on a budget. The atmosphere is pleasant and the staff working the kitchen are friendly. Despite facing challenges recently, I believe we should give them a chance and try out their food. I believe they have improved their operations.

I stop in from time to time and the service is always excellent but today they went above and beyond. Great staff and great food! Thanks!
