Some of the slowest baristas in town. And won’t hand you the machine to add tip and will verbally pressure you and ask if you want to leave a tip cause they want you to tip. Also i understand you’re working a customer service job but there’s a time to socialize and during a rush is not one of them.

It’s a beautiful thing that they can remember my name and order when I’ve only been there a few times. Great coffee, friendly and fast service. With all of the coffee places around, it’s nice to see one stand apart and show interest in their customers. But that dirty chi tea is on point! Thanks guys for being the best!

Waited in line for thirty minutes, ordered our lotus as smoothies so we could have the tie die kind, made it clear we wanted tie die and they forgot to make it tie die. Would not come here again.

Unfriendly staff, rude, pretty much demands a tip and coffee is mediocre. Would absolutely not recomend.

I too am constantly getting my espresso replaced with cold brew. Latte's are expensive cuz its an art to maintain the machine and pour a shot. Replacing with cold brew which is just drip coffee with even less effort is a disgusting practice. They will even argue with you and tell you it's still a latte. No that is a $7 iced coffee. Stop ripping off your customers and lying to them.
