Bidra med feedbackDecided to try this place this morning. ordered her big breakfast and mee singapur. the mee was good and arrived within few minutes, but it took them a good half hour to cook the big breakfast and most of what was on the teller was cold. will not order large breakfast in the future.
Loved the ambience when they were at Jalan Abdul Samad. Place here now is smaller and quite cramped. Being able to see the staff preparing the food behind the counter is also not pleasant. But food is still good. Good selection of cakes. So will come back in the future.
Nice and cozy place to chill with family/ friends. The food quite delicious for my taste. The price is reasonable too. They also have some freshly baked cakes at the counter that you can choose. Overall, I love this place.
The place: Shoplots near residential area. Plenty of parking spaces right in front of the lot. Small and cosy decor. The air circulation in the cafe is not good, be prepared to smell like food when you leave. Not in a good way. The Service: Moderate. Prompt service, but the waitress is not very smiley. The Food: Food is pleasant, had the Nasi Lemak with Sambal Sotong and some cakes. Cakes are a bit of a hit and miss. Brownies look deflated. Cheesecake texture was hard and chewy, not your usual soft and light cakes. Price is reasonable for cafe dining.
The restaurant is not cramped and has a nice ambiance. However, the waiters there are just sitting around and always on their mobile phone. I ordered wanton noodles and mushroom soup. The portion for both are ok but nothing special about the menu and price is quite expensive given the quality of food. The soup served along with wanton noodles had 2 fishballs and they are very chewy like not being cooked enough. Took me a solid 3 minutes to chew one fishball. Ok for first timers but will not come here anymore.
