My wife and I recently visited Dunkin' Donuts and ran into a small issue with our payment because of some problems with Cash App and unexpected charges. Thankfully, the staff was extremely understanding and worked with us to find a solution, with one employee going above and beyond to help. In appreciation for their excellent service, I promised to leave them a positive review. To all my friends and supporters, thank you for always being there and showing such great support. Much love to Dunkin'! We ordered a 50-piece Munchkin box and a Wake Up Roll, along with a grilled cheese sandwich.

I really appreciate the new design and layout of the restaurant, and the improved customer service is fantastic. I placed a very large order the day before pickup and was a bit anxious since my previous experiences had either resulted in my order not being ready or it being completely messed up. This time, however, everything was ready and absolutely perfect! Great job!

I visit many Dunkin' Donuts locations, and I always order the hash browns because they’re a delightful treat for me when I'm feeling good or need a quick pick-me-up. However, they can be quite inconsistent—often undercooked, soggy, and sticking to the bag. That’s never the case at the Dunkin' on Scalp Avenue. Every time I go there, the hash browns are spot on. Just look at that perfectly crispy little bite!
