I don't always go to pearls tea, especially this one in John's creek since it's far when there's one right next to my house. Decided to try it today while we're waiting for pickleball to start. Service is fast, it wasn't busy. My drink the raspberry hibiscus is ok I got it with 70% sugar. Black milk tea was not super sweet. Boba has a nice texture. They have a pandan waffle that is $2.99 and I have to say I'm disappointed by the lone waffle I got... it was advertised as two. Boo. Texture is fine but no flavor

It's a nice place to grab a tea and meet up with friends. I really like their strawberry brown sugar milk tea.Parking: It's a small plaza but not very busy, so there's more than enough parkingKid-friendliness: The space is kid friendly and they have kid friendly menu options

Service was not up to par. Frother was broken Doesn't seem like the people that work there want to work there.
