Bidra med feedbackI am disappointed to have to leave a negative review of this restaurant, as I have had positive experiences here in the past. However, my most recent visit was so disappointing that I feel it needs to be addressed. I dined here for dinner on Super Bowl Sunday with my dad, stepmom, grandma, sister, and a friend. The waitress informed us that there would be a longer wait than usual due to a busy bar and understaffing, which we understood. However, the service that followed was unacceptable. The waitress was rude and would quickly leave our table before my dad could order another beer, giving off an attitude of indifference. Furthermore, my stepmom and grandma received their meals a full 20 minutes before the rest of us, even though my dad and stepmom had ordered the same dish. This lack of professionalism was disappointing. In addition, my dad's steak and potato were undercooked. If the wait for food is going to be extended, at least ensure it is cooked properly. I am giving this restaurant 2 stars, as my dish and my stepmom's were good, while my grandma, sister, and friend found theirs to be just okay. I may consider returning for lunch in the future, as the service seems to be better during that time of day.
French fries where very salty but the burger was ok and my friends food was under cooked
We had dinner there for my boyfriends daughter birthday! The young man who was our waiter was the best!! He made a awesome birthday drink! And paid great detail to our entire dinner! The chili sauce for the deep fried shrimp was the bomb!!Kid-friendliness: The front is kid friendly!Parking: Lots of parking in front and back!
The waitress was overwhelmed with the five tables she had to manage. The mashed potatoes were served cold, the steak was both overpriced and overcooked. I would not recommend this restaurant. The highlight of the meal was the poppy seed salad dressing.
I want to give a big shoutout to the chef for their incredible pickaxe hamburger. The food was absolutely fantastic.
