Worst Experience in terms of Staff and their Arrangement. Please keep a track of whatever package is selected and get then in writing for any slight change because at time of Check Out, they will upfront reject the same especially Front Office. Don't mark and take their verbal words unless in writing. Rest Rooms and Location is good.

Good hotel located at a great spot in the city, right on the station road. Rooms are clean, however the mini bar was unstocked. The service is great though, lovely place

Exotic vibes, amazing food, excellent services, rooms were clean and well organized, staff was well behaving, polite and we were getting late in the middle of the night and they were so supportive to quickly arrange a vehicle. Swimming pool and other amenities made our trip memorable, their welcoming gesture was great. True luxury with prices justifying standards. Looking forward to book portico for any new location we will visit in future.

Staff had to be given instructions 3 times to do a work. And there is big problem of electricity. Every now and then there was electricity failure. Ofcourse which they don’t have in hand. Rest all was good. One star deduction for staffs response time.

The best hotel at the price .. very good service. It's a stop over for my roadtrip to leh...I ordered curd rice and trust me...its fabulous ... I had a very good night sleep .... Early check out process is seamless
