Barua Sagar Fort - Jhānsi

Barua Sagar is an artificial lake built by the King of Orchha, Raja Udit Singh about 260 years ago. He also built embankments around this beautiful lake. The place is also famous for being the battleground of the Bundelas and the Marathas in 1744 AD. The fort was build by the king of Orchha Raja Udit Narayan Singh in 18 th century.

Baruasagar Fort is also known as Jhansi ki Rani Summer Special mahal शीतकालीन निवास in this fort there are many rooms but except all rooms one room is very special which is cold in Summer and hot in winter

Fort is not clean and when you go inside this fort An odour is a smell comes out due to all. Peoples of baruasagar are go for fresh on early morning..
