Mcdonald's - Jessup

Lowered my rating! Had to fight for some sauce for our nuggets. The lady I drive through said she put it in the bag. We couldn't find it. She asked us to hand her the bag so she could look. We said no problem but after you take this bag back we do not want the food in that bag. She than told us we have to pay while screaming something back to her co-workers in Spanish. My wife just drove-off. What is this world coming to? Corporate greed, rude employees, and inflated prices are enough to drive a person wild. I have had enough of rude behavior! This used to be our favorite McDonald's, but after tonight I will never come here again. Did I mention we have to pass two other McDonald's to get here. Well not anymore! Managers train your staff on good customer service and instead of trying to get $50 more just go with the moto the customer is always right. No one is trying to steal your dog-gone sauce!

This location always asks you to pull into a parking spot to wait for your food...which defeats the point of going through the driveway. Its ok if the people in line have to wait a minute. Recent times this has happend [3] Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

Sadly service here is what I have come to expect from this chain, not very good. Employees are not very attentive or caring about you as a customer. At times it seems like a struggle for them to acknowledge you are there trying to pick up an order. As for the food, it is typical for a fast-food joint. Either piping hot or lukewarm, and not very fresh either way. They still have issues syncing menu item availability in their mobile app. You don't find out something in your order isn't available until you arrive for pickup, and getting a refund is an extreme hassle. Best bet is to use the drive-thru and hope you can get everything you want.

This McDonald 's is interesting because it still has the really old mostly tan beige interior, but it also has a fascinating use of the dining space. There is a lot of seating available, with most of it comprising long, snaking benches with corresponding strings of tables, creating a long flow of half booth half table options. But there 's a lot of space between each of the seating clumps, so even if there are like four people evenly distributed in the dining area, sitting anywhere creates this illusion that you 're sitting way too closely to the next person. Things I can 't really hold against this McDonald 's but that are affecting the dining experience it 's rainy today, and the air conditioner clearly can 't keep up with the dehumidifying process. There are also a bunch of smokers propping open the This door to remain locked at all times door and smoking outside under the awning, making the dining area incredibly sticky and reeking of cigarette smoke. It 's unpleasant. But my food was fine, the service was good and other than the wet floors (and you can 't blame McDonald 's for nature) the dining area was clean. Good McDonald 's.
