Mcdonald's - Jessup

Lowered my rating! Had to fight for some sauce for our nuggets. The lady I drive through said she put it in the bag. We couldn't find it. She asked us to hand her the bag so she could look. We said no problem but after you take this bag back we do not want the food in that bag. She than told us we have to pay while screaming something back to her co-workers in Spanish. My wife just drove-off. What is this world coming to? Corporate greed, rude employees, and inflated prices are enough to drive a person wild. I have had enough of rude behavior! This used to be our favorite McDonald's, but after tonight I will never come here again. Did I mention we have to pass two other McDonald's to get here. Well not anymore! Managers train your staff on good customer service and instead of trying to get $50 more just go with the moto the customer is always right. No one is trying to steal your dog-gone sauce!

I sat down in the lobby while awaiting for my husband to use the restroom. The lobby attendant proceeds to mop around, under my chair and my feet despite me and another guest telling her to stop. She had no care, waved her hand as to say don't worry but mop my feet. She didn't put up no wet floor signs as she continued mopping the lobby. I decided to leave and will not patronize a business that does not care about its patrons.

This location always asks you to pull into a parking spot to wait for your food...which defeats the point of going through the driveway. Its ok if the people in line have to wait a minute. Recent times this has happend [3] Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
