Taco - Jersey City

This is a fantastic spot to relax on a Friday. The food is incredibly tasty, and drinks are always on hand. If you're looking to unwind, enjoy a meal, and catch some sports, this is the ideal place for you.

Unfortunately, they really don't have things organized. We placed an online order, which stated that they opened at 6 PM and that delivery would be around 6:45 PM. By 7:20 PM, I still hadn't heard anything, and when I tried to call, no one picked up. I decided to walk over to the restaurant and found out from the staff there that they don’t actually open until 7 PM and that the online information was incorrect—it was already 7:30 PM at that point. I never received any update about when my food would arrive. When I did get the food, it was ready but cold. If I hadn't gone in person, I honestly don't know if I would have ever received it. And to top it off, the food was just okay. I won’t be ordering from them again, which is disappointing since I’d love to support a local business.

I recently visited this restaurant and felt incredibly welcomed as a newcomer to the neighborhood! The bartender was friendly and offered great suggestions for both drinks and food. The music added to the enjoyable atmosphere as well!

I ordered 1 soda and 3 shrimp tacos. They took an hour to come out. When they did arrive, the tortillas were never warmed.The Bartender was sweet but very slow to check on us. The bar was empty aswell.Not sure why it took so long.

This is our go-to spot. Cat is lovely and kind. We like to sit outdoors in the booth, and order margaritas (which sometimes come with small edible flowers) or even simply seltzer, plus the chicken fingers or shrimp tacos. The servings are generous and the prices are reasonable. We appreciate this neighborhood spot!
