Sarku Japan - Jersey City

Food arrived two and a half hours late. We kept waiting and the delivery time kept getting pushed out. After an hour of this we got frustrated and ordered from Ubereats. The Grubhub app wouldn’t let us cancel the order so then finally after another hour and a half this food came. And it wasn’t even good. They gave me mushy rice instead of noodles and the protein portions were small. Not the Sarku I remember liking at one point, will definitely not be going back. And I probably will switch to Ubereats as well after this experience because of the fees that Grubhub charged me for and did not reimburse, and the way they made it impossible to cancel an order.

Great teriyaki chicken! Took off 1 star for being too stingy to even provide customers with water.

Super rude and food is awful.They need to learn what manner is. Very disappointed with the service and food quality.AVOID this place.

I can't believe how rude the workers are here. Tasty food but I'd honestly recommend delivery for this place just so you can outsource dealing with the workers.
