Qdoba Mexican Eats - Jersey City

The topping options were usually gone at 18:30. the food that I got was bad and cold.

This place sucks. Waited over 2 hours for them to close at 8 pm LOL. I only ordered delivery from this place because my boyfriend had a bad day at work and now I am having a bad day because we didn’t get the delivery and I have to wait another hour for food to be delivered.

I’m a die hard qdoba fan, but this specific qdoba has been disappointing too much lately. Do yourself a favor and go to the chipotle downstairs until there’s more care at this place.

This place is literally a joke. I ordered a few months ago and gave them the benefit of the doubt because of COVID. I ordered again today and my order is completely empty. I ordered a chicken bowl, double meat, quac, fajita, both beans, 3 salsa choices, and queso. My bowl has chicken, black beans, rice, pico. That's it. Door dash gave me $6 back, which isn't enough for this joke. Why do you even have options if you're going to completely ignore them?

The food is made fresh daily. It has authentic Mexican spice and seasonings. There are options for everyone. It is a much healthier alternative to other fast casual restaurants. I have no complaints except sometimes the portion could be small depending on who makes it.
