Panda Express - Jersey City

Ordered 3 sided in a bigger plate received one in the box and one separately they missed to give one and the quantity is very less compared to any panda express

I loved panda express food. but I will not consider eating on this. Eat was burned over boiled. not so fresh.

Had a bowl of fried rice and kung pao chicken, found something like bug leg in my food…will never come back again

I ordered a party package catering order through Uber eats for my doctors office and was getting a notification that my order was going to be delayed for delivery (ultimately being canceled due to no drivers). Although there was some poor communication with one of the staff members at this Panda Express location (even though I had called twice before), after speaking with the manager, Anson, on my third call to the restaurant, he made sure my order was ready for pick up. Anson was able to accommodate the food to be ready for when I arrived, provided extra samples for the inconvenience for me and my staff and to try, brought the order out to my car and apologized again for everything. Customer service means everything to me and the manager Anson made it a personal experience and that's why I'm giving them 5 stars (plus the food was really good too) (Ordered: Teriakyi chicken, Orange chicken, chow mein, fried rice, vegetable super greens, including the complementary beef and broccoli and kung pao chicken.
