Dunkin' - Jersey City

Frozen drink was disgusting and toss it right in the trash. Also the staff are grabbing the donuts bear handed without gloves or clear paper. Very disappointing.

I was really hoping after the remodeling of this locations that things would get better. I went there yesterday and ordered 3 donuts and 2 milkshakes. I asked for a giants donuts and got a jets ones.Idk if she couldn't understand me or what but after I ordered the cashier went to make coffees for someone else and another employee took over for her. she told me my total and I was like and 2 milkshakes too. She gave me attitude and rushed me to pay and when she handed me my receipt of course they didn't change me for them. I repeated and I need 2 milkshakes please. I had to repeat over and over again what kind. even when she went to make them she asked me again what kind!!!

I went in to Dunkin donuts and asked if they had oatmeal. The cashier said yes they do. So I asked if I could have a large oatmeal. He said ok. First the so called oatmeal was served in a large coffee cup. I figured hey maybe they're out of large cups no worries. When I got home and opened the container it was nothing in there but some sort of foggy water. When I say nothing I mean absolutely nothing but liquid. Not a grain, not an oat just foggy white water. I'm only stopping back in there to retrieve my money. The money isn't the issue it's the point of pay for being served something that looked like foggy dish water. I was seriously disgusted and disappointed. This made no sense but I refuse to pay to get ripped off. Really put a minus on how I used to feel about Dunkin Donuts.

Very small Dunkin’ location. They have a low selection of donuts and never have seasonal items but it’s best for a morning breakfast.

Last night no donuts, this morning not open. The schedule posted here needs to be updated.
