Arrosto - Jennings Lodge

I went to arrosto for the first time today. I ordered the chicken salad, and when I tell you guys I had a panic attack while driving!! There was a big long bug with wings in my salad I almost ate!! I’m so disgusted! Check your food!! I took it back immediately asked for a refund instead of the new salad they were offering.

Wow! Super delicious chicken from Arrosto. Had the grilled version and it was absolutely amazing! Felt fresh and was made to perfection. Definitely recommend this place:

Wow wow wow. pretty sure i was in heaven during the 30 minutes i ate this. thank you thank you for the nourishing meals ya’ll offer! from the quality ingredients, the accessible pricing, to the little details like making sure our salads don’t get soggy. Everything was flavored so well (especially the salad dressing) i recently switched over from begin vegan my body is thanking me for this meal!!

Can't believe I always passed this place and never actually stopped by. Anyhow, the chicken is divine. I only got the ala carte whole chicken. The finance is a vegetarian, so it's all in me to finish. I got like 6 meals out of it and no, I never got tired of it. The chicken was unlike anything I've had, even in my amateur attempts to make roast chicken at home. In the bucket were two roasted lemon half's and my goodness, have you ever had roasted lemons? I haven't, until now!

Favorite take-out dinner in Portland. Every item in the family meal, from the chicken to the salad is crave-worthy.
